Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Branchwork, a web application operated by Datum Nexus (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Branchwork you agree to them.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Branchwork. Keep your password safe and tell us at support@example.com if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.

2. Your content

The maps, topics and notes you create belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display them only so we can provide Branchwork to you. We don’t sell your content or use it for advertising.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Branchwork to break the law, store content you don’t have the right to, attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, disrupt the service, or resell it without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Plans and payments

The Free plan includes up to 5 maps. Branchwork Pro costs $2.50 per month (plus any applicable taxes) and includes up to 25 maps. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the app; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If a payment fails, we or Paddle may retry it, and Pro may end if it can’t be collected. If you return to Free with more than 5 maps, your existing maps remain available but you can’t create new ones until you’re under the limit.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Branchwork available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering Branchwork, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your maps.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Datum Nexus isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Branchwork at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@example.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
